The delicious and nutritious cookie lasted for days on end and provided cowboys and cowgirls the energy they needed in the Old West. Nobody knows for sure if that's actually a tall tale or the truth, but one thing is certain, we love these chewy cookies filled with oats, coconut, pecans and chocolate chips. Grab your favorite cowgirl or guy and whip up a batch today! Then head on down to our Magnificent Seven 7th Birthday THIS WEEKEND for a western pop-up you don’t want to miss.
